The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the airport. The room had beautiful old-world charm, and the breakfast options were fantastic. Our server Kaif made breakfast even better with his attentive service. Housekeeping was on point, too.

the check-in experience was a complete disaster, the staff was less than friendly, and they didn’t even help with my luggage. also, the buffet dinner was a joke, worth no more than 500 rupees! i almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn’t because of the absolute lack of proper service.

The moment I arrived, the stunning architecture and elegant ambiance welcomed me. The attentive staff, especially in the Executive Lounge, made every interaction enjoyable. The selection at breakfast was another highlight, with a mix of local and international options.

However, I faced some discomfort due to the temperature settings of the air conditioning, which I couldn't adjust to my preference. The fluctuating Wi-Fi signal strength was also a hassle, making it inconvenient to stay connected.

My stay was nice with a beautiful pool, but check-in was confusing and frustrating.

The outdoor pool area was beautifully arranged, providing a serene escape amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.

However, the room temperature could not be adjusted properly, making for a few uncomfortable nights.

the health club is small but has most equipment needed for workouts. i faced issues with room service timing this time.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff went above and beyond, especially during my check-in where they assisted me with a last-minute request seamlessly. The King Guest Room was beautifully furnished, and the pool area was top-notch. One drawback was the somewhat limited options for in-room dining snacks that could enhance the overall experience.

Had an enjoyable stay with a delightful breakfast and attentive service, especially from the chefs at the Live Kitchen. However, the hallways felt a bit tired. Would definitely return!
